I chose to get an explorative surgery to see if i had endometriosis
I did not choose to have find that my urine tubes were clogged and that I had endometriosis

Yes I chose to take charge of my health
I chose to be an advocate and speak up when I could no longer tolerate my pain
I chose to increase the chance that I can have a child in the future by removing my eggs while I still can
But I didn't choose to inject myself 2 times a day for over 2 weeks
I didn’t choose to be bent over and crying in pain after every injecton, car ride, or work shift
I didn’t choose to get hyperstimulated ovarian syndrome from overworking my ovaries to produce more eggs
But you are right I choose to go through with follicle removal at your hospital
My insurance had confirmed with me multiple times that the infertility procedure was going to be fully covered
But obviously that was not the case because now I have bill almost twice my monthly rent
The out of pocket max is four times my rent so there is no way I could even cover that
You said financial assistance was there to help those in need who cannot pay their medical bills
Never did I see anything about your office dictating what procedures are worthy or unworthy of receiving financial assistance
